Skyclive AI generates content assets (blogs, biographies, news updates, videos, and thumbnails) via automation. Content may contain inaccuracies or errors. Users are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying content
• Editing before publishing
• Ensuring legal and factual compliance

Human review is strongly recommended before publishing.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using Skyclive AI, you grant a limited licence to process and store content to deliver platform services and support AI system functionality. You remain fully responsible for all published content assets.

6. Service Availability

Skyclive AI may update, modify, or perform maintenance on system features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, software logic, branding, and interface layouts belong entirely to Skyclive AI. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer proprietary systems without clear written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skyclive AI is not liable for loss of profits, data loss, business interruptions, or indirect consequential damages. Use of this production ecosystem is entirely at your own risk.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse infrastructure resources, or pose operational security risks.
